SpringHill Suites by Marriott Laredo

I had an extended stay here and heartily recommend this hotel. The staff are some of the most accommodating and friendly I have met anywhere. During my stay they refinished the pool and the hot tub, installed a new bar, refurbished the lobby and are in the midst of refurbishing all the rooms. I had one of the renovated rooms with furniture by West Elm and it was exceedingly comfortable. There is ample room for all of your things if you need to stay for a while. David, the chief engineer,is always on hand. Whatever request you need he's able to fix it very quickly. The front desk staff are so friendly, they've always got a smile and a solution as do Cassy and Kevin, And the whole housekeeping staff is so accommodating and pleasant. There is a mall nearby and a Target, a shopping mall and a grocery store across the street. The walking is a bit difficult though not impossible. Laredo is all together not a very walkable city. So that's no fault of this hotel. And to help with that, the hotel has a free shuttle and Carlos is happy to take you wherever you need to go. Do yourself a favor and stay at this welcoming hotel (there are even some friendly stray cats that might just come up. Say hello to you as well!!) There are ice machines on every floor, a laundry facility that takes quarters. Or you can download an app and pay by credit card on a couple of the machines on the third floor. They host happy hour with a meal and drinks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (I think) and if it's a holiday they are going to decorate to the nines! There is ample parking for free. There is a sink and a mini fridge in each room as well as a microwave.

I cannot recommend any hotel more than the Springhill Suites. The rooms and amenities are excellent. The Tuesday/Wednesday free dinners go above and beyond what any other hotel includes in the cost of the room. The staff are among the best people I have ever encountered. I am truly grateful for the privilege to have had stayed with them.

Ms.Sandra and her staff were incredibly amazing! They were so nice and welcoming! The breakfast was so delicious and made with so much love and the rooms were neat, clean, and tidy I enjoyed being at this hotel!

Stayed at this hotel for a very long time. The staff was absolutely outstanding. They all went above and beyond to ensure guests were treated well and had a good experience. To no fault of the hotel, the location is not ideal, but the way the roadways are built in Laredo...you'd just need to experience it for yourself. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Cassandra, Gladys, Allie, David and all the rest of the staff are wonderful.

The staff was very friendly. There was a little bit of a language barrier but the staff and the residents were willing to work with each other. They always spoke even if it was just to say Good morning. The breakfast was good and they provided dinner on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The hotel staff were extraordinarily thoughtful, and I never had any issue with them. They communicated well when there were problems outside of their control, were always very friendly, remembering names and saying good morning. Rooms were cleaned promptly and well. Best hotel experience I've had.

My experience at the SpringHill Suites was great. The room I was in was updated and the bed was very comfortable. What made it the best experience was the kind staff. They were very accommodating to our needs, and more importantly, just kind people. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Springhill Suites Laredo for an extended stay. The staff made my group feel at home. Cassandra and Kevin ensured the staff was bending over backwards to make us feel at home. David was phenomenal in keeping up repairs and upgrades to the room. Sandra, who is over the cleaning staff, was super friendly and her ladies took extra good care of us keeping our rooms clean. Gladys and the front desk staff made sure that we had everything that we needed at all times of the day/night. If you’re in Laredo, there is no place that you will be treated any better!!!
